The AirTAC HFP Series is a precision-engineered lever-type pneumatic gripper designed to balance high accuracy with cost-effectiveness. This series is built for longevity, featuring integrated sheet metal between the finger and the body to minimize abrasion and extend the unit's service life.
To enhance stability during operation, the contact area between the finger and the body has been enlarged, effectively reducing shaking and increasing overall gripping accuracy. The mechanism is designed so that the finger clamps when the piston rod pushes out, providing a gripping force that is 20% to 30% greater than the tensile force.
