AirTAC RMS Series: High-Performance Magnetic Rodless Cylinder
The AirTAC RMS Series is a specialized pneumatic rodless cylinder designed for compact, long-stroke linear motion. Unlike traditional cylinders, the RMS series utilizes a magnetic coupling system where a mobile piston fitted with annular magnets drives an external mobile carriage along the main tube. This design eliminates the need for a physical piston rod, significantly reducing the space required for installation.
Engineered for durability and smooth operation, the RMS series is inherently dustproof due to the total isolation between the internal piston and the external carriage. To ensure longevity and high-speed reliability, the cylinder is equipped with both non-adjustable rubber bumpers and adjustable pneumatic cushioning on both ends to provide seamless impact relief.
