To ensure the 2V, 2W, 2S, and 2L series fluid control valves perform reliably, AirTAC provides a range of modular coils and electrical accessories. These components allow for easy voltage conversion, field repairs, and environmental protection without needing to replace the entire valve body.

AirTAC coils are known for their high insulation standards and low power consumption, making them suitable for continuous-duty applications.

Key Accessory Components

1. Replacement Solenoid Coils

AirTAC coils are designed for heat dissipation and durability. They are generally classified by their "Series" size (e.g., 100, 200, 300, 400 series) to match the corresponding valve body.

• Voltage Options: Available in AC220V, AC110V, AC24V, DC24V, and DC12V.

• Insulation Class: Standard Class F (up to 155°C) ensures the coil can handle the heat generated during long-term energization.

• Power Consumption: Optimized for low wattage to reduce energy costs and prevent overheating of the valve media.

2. Electrical Entry Types

• Terminal (DIN Connector): Features a removable plug (ISO 4400 / DIN 43650) for easy wiring and maintenance. Often includes an LED indicator to show power status.

• Grommet (Flying Leads): Direct wire leads extending from the coil, ideal for compact spaces or where the connector bulk is a hindrance.

3. DIN Connectors & Lead Wires

• LED Indicators: Transparent connectors with built-in lamps that light up when the coil is energized—critical for rapid troubleshooting in complex manifolds.

• Surge Suppressors: Optional integrated Varistors (VDR) or Diodes within the connector to protect sensitive PLCs from voltage spikes when the coil is de-energized.
